Feeling blessed

Dear all,

 

in Greece we say better late that ever... so...

 

I know it's a time that we are all working very hard but I was thinking this all day long and I have to express it because in moments like these we need to say things that matter!!! Seeing everything from the beginning made me feel very blessed to be in such a programme, to make such friends, to meet your colleagues and students!!! I had started a mail when you all left from Greece but I never send it because of the things that happened and then I lost it somehow... Precious moments of that meeting which made me laugh when things were really hard were Pepe's trying to explain things to me, my b...ch (you know who you are), Antonio's everything especially the moment in which he was speaking with the old man in Sises in different languages, Gonzalo's eurovision contest and his unique "shut up please", Claire's frape, Stu's ordering two glasses of wine at the same time just to be sure, Barbara's, Eliska's, Vendy's and Concetta's dancing a greek dance which is strictly danced by one person but you made it a wonderful unique dance, Enzo's enjoy of cretan music like cretan people, Rafal's driving in Crete, Tselo's liking everything,  Carmen's questions who wanted to know and understand everything, Sandi trying to be serious in a very laughing situation, me looking for Pepe's trousers :), sending them again and again and they kept on coming back to me, Metka's swimming bath and the terror in the eyes of the woman in the shop... my colleagues George, Chryssa and Christos and everything they did for the project... my students and their parents who made everything so easily for me... so many precious moments... so many little things that I will aways keep in my heart like my own european and comenius treasure...thank you!!!

so much impressions, so many nice words I´m reading now from you and memories are back again...Thanks for them. 

With regard to our Never ending story, I can try it tomorrow  at school. At home I do not have a suitable program. I think that after saving the file in pdf could it be possible. I´ll let you know tomorrow, OK?

... and the list goes on: loving Greeks, baking tonnes of cakes,
beautiful Comenius weather at all our meetings, lots of laughter,
Antonio buying numerous T-shirts, Eliška persuading the bus driver in
Portalegre to switch off the air condition, visiting the island of
Spinalonga, meeting all new members, dancing and singing
Ziveli!!!!,Slovenia winning the Eurovision Song Contest (never again;-)
), Rafal's ordering Grandma's Marmelade because they didin't have The
Porn Star, lots of mojitos in Eukaliptus, Christos and Chrisa acting in
two plays, eating souvlaki and gyros at 2 am, having BBQ on the beach,
drinking raki in the middle of the performace, losing the case full of
clothes, baking Spanish potato omelette, Pepe's theory on German
language (so true)....
and so many more beautiful memories.
A big thanky you all, you have made our lives richer in so many ways.
It's so nice being a b... knowing that there is one exactly like you in
Crete:-D .
