Portuguese document for final report

Dear Partners and friends,

I send you the Portuguese document for final report.

Please use it freely to fill in your report.

Please refer to Sandi’s document in any doubt .

You have to submit your document on line, print it, signe it (you and your headmaster) and send it to your national agency by 30 September 2013

Thank you to Sandi for his document and to all of you for your contribution.

For this week, we concentrate in uploading to “treasure database” our outcomes (local and joint products – everything you have)

Dear Antonio,

I think there are too many joint/general outcomes in the report you've sent. I'd suggest we limit them to 15-16 - Sandi has already done the job - and the rest we can describe in B sections.

I was told that section A should be the same for all partners.

What do you think?

Dear Rafal, 

I can see your point. 

I've tried to follow the proposed outcomes on application forms, which we can publish/produce data about.

Anyway, we can present some of this outcomes as individual bilateral partners activities. 

I will contact our national agency tomorrow to confirm  what we need to do about it.

Dear Partners,

 

After contacting Portuguese National Agency regarding the A section of our Evaluation document, I was informed that this section can, in fact, can be different from partner to partner.( double-check by Comenius multilateral Cabinet).

In this way, it seems that (if you prefer) you can present a short version of our outcomes, or the one sent by me, following our initial application document.

If you prefer the short version, please refer to the most important ones.

Initial outcomes proposed in application form where fully developed but, some of them, were  declared on this evaluation documents not as general outcomes (E2), but as Partnership activities (F2)

 

I also send you activity 40 and activity 41  (to be included in page 52, of previous document), which, by mistake, where missing.

 

Summarizing,

Please finish your project evaluation accordingly to the shared documents and send it , signed and sealed, to your national agency by September 30^th
