Dear Antonio & Enzo,
I have been making enquiries about accommodation for your staff & students for our bilateral meeting. I enclose some details for you to have a look at.
I thought that if we as a school became members then if we book you it would be at a reduced rate of £13.95 for b&b and on some evenings when we need an evening meal at the youth hostel it would be £16.95 for everything.
If all this sounds ok then I will go ahead and book If you could send to me the exact numbers of staff & students coming.
We will have a problem about Friday night – there is no room at the hostel – we will find alternative accommodation for this night.

Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to stay with us. As discussed we have availability from the 4th Nov to the 9th Nov (5 nights ).
We have a very special offer running during the winter period for new groups coming to stay which we would be happy to extend to you.
The price for Half board (breakfast, evening meal and overnight) is £16.95 per person per night for members.
As you are an educational group we can also offer free membership. If you would like to use the classroom we can reserve it for your group, the price is £1.50 per person per day. We also do activities which are priced separately. As we discussed it might be nice for the group to have a go at slate decorating (we also do Quizzes, Team challenge games and rocket launch among others, good for evening activities) £3.00 per person or Archery £5.00 per person (on site). We can have a disco party for the last night of your stay but as we use an outside DJ he charges £100 for his services. We also use an outward bound company who offer an array of activities (gorge walking, caving, climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, etc) at very reasonable prices.
Unfortunately we are fully booked on the Friday night 9th Nov. Our neighbouring YHA have availability on the Friday night and I would suggest you visit to see the facilities first hand as each of our youth hostels offer different facilities.
