Did anyone notice? A MATH PROFESSOR made the front page of USA Today! Tom Fensler aka Dr. 13 at the University of Delaware. He studies the number 13 and associated events. There are three Friday the 13ths this year instead of the usual two. Who'd a thunk?

And they are each 13 weeks apart.

This was even discussed on a local radio station on the morning of Friday, the 13th. Math on the radio!

I thought that you would appreciate seeing the computer simulated video produced from the flight data recorder (“black box”) on board Flight 1549 (the Miracle on the Hudson”. Turn on your speakers to listen to the audio which comes in 1:20 after the beginning of the video. You can also expand this to “full screen view” which makes the viewing even more awesome. Notice the cockpit view available at the bottom of the screen. “Sully” really did have nerves of steel. Too bad he retired!

Enjoy and Have a Great Day!!!
