Review of Position Statement "Proctored Testing for Courses Taught at a Distance"

Hello everyone! I posted this message on the ITLC discussion board in my.amatyc.org, but I wanted to be sure to post in our google group as well! Feel free to let me know if you're interested or have any input to provide!

Dear ITLC,

As we wrap up our spring semesters, our work on reviewing the position statement "Proctored Testing for Courses Taught at a Distance." begins in earnest. Kim McHale will be leading the subcommittee's efforts and has already reached out to everyone who initially volunteered at the ITLC meeting in Milwaukee to confirm their participation.

While there will be opportunities for everyone involved with ITLC to provide input and feedback with this review, please let me know if you're interested in being part of the subcommittee.

Dear ITLC,

After months of hard work, here is the updated position statement for "Proctored Testing in Courses Taught at a Distance." I'm posting this draft here so that everyone has easy access to the current file in google docs (below) and the original statement (with the link from the original post, above!).

For this shared file, please only insert comments into the google file so that we can see all of the feedback on the most recent draft. Do not edit this version:

Please review the statement and provide any feedback by Thursday, September 10.

The subcommittee will meet one more time to review your feedback and then submit the updated position statement to the Executive Board by September 15, in time for the upcoming fall meeting (with our liaison, Eddie Tchertchian reviewing it one last time before it's submitted).

Please let me know if you have any questions or feel free to write a response if you want to discuss any aspects of the position statement in this forum! I'll also be posting the file in the ITLC google group!
