Hi Guys,

See mail from Riaan below.

We've been talking about a social ride and braai for a while and Riaan have
organised it with the guys at the Berlin Club. The idea is that we meet in
EL and drive out to Berlin in convoy, then leave the cars at the Berlin
Club and go for a lekka easy paced social ride, with a backup vehicle
nogal... Then end back at the Club where the fires will be lit and we
relax and enjoy a cold one or two, play a bit of pool and gooi a piece of
meat on the coals. Just bring your own utensils and whatever you eat with
your meat.

Please let me know who would be interested in going by Thursday, so we can
see if we'll have it this Sunday. If there are not enough people
interested, then we'll have it later in the year.

Hi Deon

The Berlin guys can give us the club this Sunday 27th (Sundays they don't
do functions), so If we keen on riding the route then I need to let her
know by Thursday.

They will also have the bar open (we must support them - nice and cheap.)
and braai packs (you can take your own as well) for sale.
Just need to supply her with numbers for braai packs by Friday Morning,

Always best to be in Berlin and cycling by 7.00
I have asked her to try and do us a long route, she will also be joining in
her bakkie as support vehicle
for those who cannot make the big hills or longish distances, a very
beginner friendly course as no technical areas.
Long gravel roads fast downhills long climbs and cold beer.
Some there locals might be joining us as well, they like riding with new
blood.

I hope the date suites all, else it looks like it will only be at the end
of March / April
