Upper C band interferometer - Norsat LNBs

Hello everyone,

Here is an update on my C band interferometer. I've made an upgrade to Norsat LNBs to move to the upper C band (4.2 to 4.5 GHz). For a variety of reasons, the Norsat LNBs are doing a better job than Titanium C1-PLLs which are a much cheaper, and popular LNB (see attached). 

Some additional pending upgrades are on the way for the dish's feed, but the compromise feed arrangement that I am using right now is producing good results. For those not wanting to spend on Norsat lnbs, I would at least recommended finding a Chaparral C band scalar ring to replace the stock Titanium C1-PLL scalar ring which appears to have ridges that are too shallow to be optimal for this frequency.
