[Bug 1690637] [NEW] FTBFS; /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llz4

Test case:
use sudo apt build-dep amarok
get source build as package, i.e. dpkg-buildpackage -uc -us -b

What happens: fails at end with /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llz4

One way to resolve is to install liblz4-dev
