After careful deliberation, we've decided that "Akara" should be the
umbrella name for the project, as 4Suite was for the core components as
well as the repository. The core libraries will still be in the "amara"
package, i.e. imports and such won't change, but the primary "brand" for
non-developers and such will be "Akara". As an aside this should head
off any trademark difficulties with the "Amara" name.

We'll keep these lists alive, but won't advertise them, and I'll tend to
gently encourage folks posting here to use the new lists, which are:
