Mercurial reorganized for hg.4suite.org

I reorganized the mercurial repositories hosted on hg.4suite.org. The
new pattern is:

http://hg.4suite.org/$PROJECTNAME/trunk - the trunk for each project
http://hg.4suite.org/$PROJECTNAME/$BRANCHNAME - an official branch for a
project
http://hg.4suite.org/sandbox - A sandbox area where anyone with
permissions can create unofficial branches

So now rather than grabbing Amara trunk from http://hg.4suite.org/amara
you would use http://hg.4suite.org/amara/trunk.

Please update .hg/hgrc files as needed.
