I'm going to install trac.xml3k.org for amara + BC + akara issue
tracking. Can you help me about the wanted install?

* Must it be secure (over ssl) or better http?
* Do you want to integrate it with mercurial main repo or must it be
only for issue tracking?

Not really help here but more observations:

https is not so important here I'd say but it might be if Mercurial
supports WebDav like mod_svn for Apache. The reason being that some
firewalls are troubled with WebDav requests.

I would appreciate it as it makes navigation through code history much nicer.

Last I checked mercurial doesn't do the web_dav bits like svn does.
You can setup pushes over http but it does require ssl and honestly I
never was able to do it. I don't think we need it in this case because
we use ssh to push. With that said, I personally would like to try the
hg support in trac. The problem is it might be difficult to have
multiple repos. Nothing a little poking around can't fix though ;)

I'd really like to link the source to bugs and everything as well.
I've always found the cherrypy trac very well organized in terms of
tickets and everything, so that seems like a great model.

I'm working on trac.xml3k.org, but I'm having problems with trac &
mercurial integration. I'll try to solve it tomorrow :-)
