Switching to the new API code

Hi all. We're going to be switching to using the new API code for the
old API URLs starting with /api2/partners/ on our next deploy. I'm
not sure exactly when that will be, but probably tomorrow. I don't
think this should cause too many issues for client code. Send me an
email if it does.
