Please fill your accommodation details for Hyderabad meeting

Dear Members,

 

I hope this message finds you well! As we prepare for the upcoming Aman National meeting in Hyderabad, I want to request everyone to finalise their travel bookings if you haven't done so already. Thank you to those who have already provided your accommodation and travel dates. However, several members still need to submit this information. Attached please find the list of members who have confirmed but have yet to provide their accommodation and travel details. Please send me your details as soon as possible, as I need to submit the final list to MSI Hyderabad by this evening to facilitate the bookings. It will be very challenging to secure rooms if we do not send the final list promptly.  

 

Members who don’t require accommodation, kindly mention in the list. You are requested to contribute towards the food and hall charges. Thanks for your cooperation
