Change in Dates and Districts due to Monsoon

Respected Ma'am,

Greetings from AMAN WB Network!

We had already written to formally request the postponement of Darjeeling DLSA orientation session due to the ongoing peak monsoon season in the hills. Thank you for agreeing to postpone Darjeeling and related DLSA sessions after the Puja holidays.

Further, as discussed over the phone, DLSA Jalpaiguri has confirmed their date for 29.06.2025. You have also informed us that Alipurduar currently does not have a Secretary. In light of this, we would be grateful if the Coochbehar district could be scheduled for 28.06.2025.  Hence there will be two back to back programmes for which resource persons from AMAN WB will be travelling to North Bengal. 

It would greatly assist our coordination efforts if a formal email could be sent from your end to the Darjeeling and Coochbehar DLSAs regarding the revised schedule.

Regarding expenses, network resource persons will bear their own train fare and lunch cost for all the trainees. However, we would require assistance with local travel arrangements (around 15000/- per district), including travel from the railway station to the venue. Additionally, as was arranged in previous districts, we will need two rooms for accommodation in each district.
