Dear Members,

 

Greetings from Aman National Network Secretariat!

 

I am pleased to share that we have received an overwhelming response from member organisations regarding participation in the Aman annual meeting in Hyderabad, scheduled from 18th to 20th September, 2025. Nearly 65 members are coming from 39 organisations. While we are pleased with such a large turnout, but it has also raised some concerns. I was informed by the MSI, our meeting venue, that they do not have many air-conditioned (AC) rooms available to accommodate a large number of people. Consequently, organisations that submitted their room requirements and travel details later are requested to adjust to non-AC rooms.

 

Attached is a list we have created on a first-come, first-served basis. MSI has requested not to fill in any other columns mentioned in the format; those details will be filled in after you arrive at MSI by their staff at the reception desk.  

For those who have been assigned non-AC rooms, please let me know if you are comfortable with this arrangement so that I can share the final list with MSI. In case you want to explore another accommodation, then would suggest contacting local organisations Sannihita and My Choice Foundation. Below, please find the contact details.

This is the final list of members staying at the MSI. I have added three new names received last Saturday. I have sent the final list to the MSI.  I would like to formally thank those members who did not receive their preferred room type but adjusted to the available rooms. This truly demonstrates the strength of our network!

I would also like to convey a message from MSI stating that the place is now almost full, and no additional guests can be accommodated. Therefore, they will no longer be able to accept any new entries.
