Dear Co-travellers,

Greetings from Swayam Sangat!

Building on the meaningful conversations from our inaugural session, we are pleased to invite you to the second webinar of our series “Voices of Feminists – Then & Now". Here is an opportunity to have a front row seat to listen to the stories and experiences of feminists in the women’s movement.

"Intersectional Justice in Today’s India from a Dalit Feminist Lens" - the second session of the series aims to explore a critical perspective that highlights the intersections of caste, gender and social justice. It seeks to foreground voices, lived experiences and resistance that have often been marginalized within mainstream feminist discourse.

Through this conversation, we aim to create space for deeper reflection, learning and dialogue around the histories, challenges, and ongoing struggles within Dalit feminist movements while also exploring their relevance in today’s context.
