SpecialContainment Procedures: The existence of SCP-1015 is to be hidden from the general public. Under no circumstance should the landmass be shown on pathfinding/mapping websites, and Foundation vessels should protect and patrol the area disguised as coast guard. If any unauthorised subject attempts to near or get to SCP-1015, lethal force is authorized.
SCP-1015-A instances should be treated with caution and care, and Mobile Task Force Unit Kappa-17 "(Shoresweepers)" should be dispatched to patrol the ground of SCP-1015 at all times. Under no circumstance should SCP-1015 be left alone or unsupervised.
Description: SCP-1015 is an anomalous landmass present at coordinates of the latitude of -26.21269 and longitude roughly being -158.09476, close to the coast of the Cook Islands. While the island itself features similar geographic and biological structure to other islands, it is largely unnotable. The anomalous sector of SCP-1015 starts approximately half a kilometer from the shore site.
Notably, a colorless (as in black and white) gateway lays on the ground. Upon entering, subject will be transported to a different landmass, resembling no known area on Earth. All color will be gone, and the area seems to be stuck in a perpetual state of night.
While technically, a subject can exit the island inside SCP-1015, after swimming approximately 1 mile away from the island, they will black out and be subsequently transported back to the island in a random spot. The process takes about 3 seconds.
The only non-animal entity in SCP-1015 is a humanoid entity designated SCP-1015-9 that appears to wear a victorian-area standard diving dress. It constantly has tubes attatched to its back hanging from the sky, appearing to be the entity's "oxygen cables." It should also be noted that SCP-1015-9 is constantly passive, and is the size of a regular human subject.
