We are writing to seek your kind attention and approval for the DBC submission pertaining to the proposed works along Park Street, specifically between Lamp Post 16F and 26F. In line with LTA’s requirements, we have attached the duly completed DBC Rail S1 Form along with the relevant supporting documents for your review.

 

The submission includes a site plan (to scale) and a layout plan clearly indicating the proposed works in relation to the RTS first reserve. Additionally, we have provided detailed plan and cross-section drawings (to scale) showing trench dimensions and excavation depths. The method statement outlines the proposed construction methodology and incorporates comprehensive safety control measures to mitigate any risk of damage to existing RTS structures and associated facilities.

 

Furthermore, we have enclosed valid machine test certificates and operator certifications, as well as a toppling analysis and machine clearance assessment in relation to MRT/LRT viaduct structures, where applicable.
