2.The cones and lateral shift marker for lane closure should be placed between Straits View and Marina way.

Please see our revised method statement for Park Street as attached for your review.

 

Regarding your reinforcement details, we will follow the construction drawings. Please see the drawings as attached. However, we will be unable to backfill the portion under the constructed footpath for the pre-cast sections due to the construction method.

 

 

Additionally, we will also not be able to remove the formwork for the cast insitu method of construction.

 

Please see the endorsed drawings for the precast segments and the lifting details.

  3. Include CCTV location , noise meter taking into consideration the accesses line of sight.
  4. 2x Project sign at both ends.

  6. Please include target length and number of units per day.
  7. Please supplement with the PE endorsement of the CIS joint.
  8. Please forward us all minutes of meetings with the relevant agencies/ stakeholders. In particular, approval from URA on the use of the mini excavator on the tiled walkway. In future please always keep project team in the loop.
  9. Please include your proposed measure to protect the existing shrubs.
  10. You may consider the use of rubber mats or any alternative for the mini excavator on the tiled walkway.

As discussed, we would very much appreciate your assistance in helping to apply for the ERIMS permit so that we can close the lane to facilitate our works at Park Street.

Please see the notification number for the above-mentioned location for construction of cycling path.

Reminder to update the following inside the WhatsApp group :-

  1. Before works start photos to ensure work area is safe to start
  2. After works end – Housekeeping and timely reopening of lane etc
  3. Your tapering distance to comply with the LTA COP in accordance with the Speed Limit of the road location as per your TCP.

Please also ensure to update LTA prompt prior to lane closure and update BusOps.
