| On 31 March 2021, we will be updating the Google Analytics Terms of Service for all Google Analytics customers based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). As part of these changes, the Google Analytics Terms of Service for your Google Analytics account will be transferred from Google LLC to Google Ireland Limited. The changes will take effect on 30 April 2021. This means that, from 30 April 2021 onwards, the Google Analytics Terms of Service governing your use of Google Analytics will be between Google Ireland Limited and your business. This does not affect any rights or obligations under the Analytics Terms of Service that were in place between Google LLC and your business before 30 April 2021. |

| Please review the Google Analytics Terms of Service that will take effect on 30 April 2021. If You do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you should discontinue your use of Google Analytics. Otherwise, the modifications will be made automatically on 30 April 2021. |
