Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that today 8 passengers have been assigned the task of overloading at my LCG centre. ID of 2 riders has been branched which is not yet converted to FE and 1 rider has to be given leave due to emergency problem due to which 8 riders are overloaded. 

However, I assure you that from the next day onwards all the riders will be on duty hence I will start the process of hiring additional riders to run the operations smoothly and avoid overloading in future.

Please give your approval to this temporary arrangement today.

 I want to inform you that today when I was doing RTO connection in trip, by mistake I could connect only one bag out of 3 bags, for which I am sorry but I assure you that next time this mistake will not happen,

And whatever vehicle comes next, it  will have  RTO connected...
