Find below the NDR Report till 6 PM - 19th Feb 2025. Where I don't see any DCs updated RCA except PAS. Get these TIDs delivered right now as escalated by customers through NDR. Else confirm the RCA with recording and call history images in the below mentioned form against OTP cancel & pending/attempted cases.

Are the DC's having any issues in updating the RCA ? This is a major key metric still why do we have too much causality ?

Hey,

This is not getting improved. Why are you guys chilling with such a poor number where Valmo aggressively drives it for customer and client purification. Get this streamlined in order to avoid the risk.

Go through the data attached below and don't compromise to follow the standard action. Fill the NDR RCA form if FE is doing genuine RTO or Attempt.
