June Bus Trip

You can begin making all the necessary Arrangements for the Bus Trip. Please let me know If you are  planning on attending the June  Bus Trip. I WILL NOT be adding anyone’s names to the bus trip until I receive Flight and Room Confirmations. Also it is VITAL that you inform me if you are choosing to bring a guest with you. If names are not on the roster you will not be allowed into the event. Many are stating they will not be in attendance and then show up. This will no longer be allowed if you do not RSVP or submit your flight and hotel arrangements you will be rescheduled. Also I must know immediately if you are no longer able to attend the scheduled Bus Trip, as we need an accurate count for Room and Bus space thus allowing for the event to run as smooth as possible.. I look forward to speaking to you and making sure you arrive to your events with as little confusion and problems as possible.

There is NO set dress code. Please dress in accordance to the weather and in something you can move comfortably in as you will be getting on and off buses most of the day on Saturday & Sunday and ending in class time. Friday is class time all day. I would recommend carrying bottled waters and taking snacks as lunch and dinner breaks are not set in stone or always taken. Class hours are extremely long and excruciating. Please get plenty of rest before the event and be prepared to be in class from 8am – 2am to 3am.
