English Humorous Speech Contest;
Evaluation Contest;
Mandarin Speech Contest (中文演讲比赛)

Dear Club presidents and VPEs
The exciting speech contest is drawing near. It is wonderful opportunity for TMC member to practice and polish their speaking skills.
We are going to have the following speech contest:
Evaluation Contest;
Mandarin Speech Contest (中文演讲比赛)
There are some questions we need to clarify to every club and contestant:
1. Does the contestant need to finish minimum 6 CC speech?
No, only the International speech contest (Usually be held in the first half year) needs this qualification, The other speech contest does not need it.
So every charted member except the Area Governor/Division Governor can go to compete in the contest.
2. should Judge be Anonymous?
Yes. Judges are not known to the contestants and no judges' names or contact information are provided in any contest materials. Judges’ decisions are confidential.
3. How many contestant can go to compete in the Area speech contest?
The first and second place of each speech contest (So Maxim 6 contestants) can go to the Area level.
