Please prepare your topic before the meeting.

Evaluation team,

Please ask the prepared speech speaker for the speech script before the meeting.

Prepare speech speaker,

Please talks to your evaluator before the meeting and let him/her know your speech title and what part of
your speech wants to be evaluated carefully. The evaluator will
provide the evaluation based on the criteria of each project.

Toastmaster, Table Topic Master and evaluation team please bring
your CL manual.
Prepared speech speaker please bring your CC manual.
Our VPE, David, will sign your project completion record after the meeting.

This record will be used for your Competent Communicator or
Competent Leadership Award application.

You are highly encouraged to invite anyone who is interested to
