Execution of mechanical maintenance activities and assigned projects on time and within budget with overall operational cost control. Summary Description: • As a senior member of the Maintenance Department, contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Maintenance strategy and plans to maximise the plant equipment availability and minimise equipment breakdown • Support Maintenance Supervisors in their the day-to-day activities by providing Engineering solutions and to ensure that work processes are implemented as per standards and procedures • Assist in managing the planning, organisation and implementation of shutdowns, turnarounds and emergencies as required. • To take the role as a “Project / Zone Leader” during major / emergency shutdowns as required • Assist in managing the troubleshooting of problems as required in order to avoid major escalations at any given instance. • Assist in managing the Mechanical maintenance works on assets as required to ensure minimum disruptions with regard to machine / Mechanical breakdowns. Minimum Requirements: • 12 - 15 years in Mechanical Maintenance within a reputed process plant within the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical industries. • Must have extensive maintenance experience in equipments ranging from Reactors, Reformers, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Piping Components, working knowledge in Welding and Inspection techniques, Working knowledge in Rotating equipment like pumps, compressors, turbines, Fin Fans is preferred. • SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) • RCM, Reliability Engineering • BSC in Mechanical Engineering Regards
