ಇಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತ ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಹಿಂದಿ ತೆಲುಗು ಅಥವಾ ತಮಿಳು -ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಮನವರಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .

ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಇತರ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಮೂಲ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಗೆಯಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ನಿಲುವು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
ಇದು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಹಾಗು ಮನರಂಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಬಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಈ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದೊಂದು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂಬ ಅರಿವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ನೀವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವಂತೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿನೆಮಾ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು , ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಹರಡಲು ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಈ ಅಹವಾಲಿಗೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ. ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಇಮೇಲ್ , ಫೇಸಬುಕ್ ತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹರಡ ಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ ( ಕೊಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶೇರ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ ). ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹೊರನಾಡು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ - ಅಕ್ಕ , ದುಬೈ, ದೆಹಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು , ಮುಂಬೈ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು , ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಗೂಗಲ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ (ಇದನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ) ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ.

Today we all know that Kannada films release is restrcited to Karnataka. Beyond doubts some people have created negative vibe that Kannada movies are fit to be trashcans and to an extent KFI also proves it by allowing other industry people who in disguise produce kannada movies compeletely of different tastes to Kannadigas. Seems like whole world is convinced that since Kannadigas can understand either English Hindi Telugu or Tamil they can cling to anyone of them.

The result is large scale ouster of Kannadigas to other places and Kannada being forgotten. This is very unhealthy.
This also creates a lot of problems in keeping people connected all over the world. Cinema is a powerful medium to connect people and I hope people in this forum are aware of it this disconnection is a very important cause of all problems related to Kannada.

As you all know internet becomes powerful medium for showcasing culture.
I therefore request everyone to sign this petition to atleast mark a beginning to spread some quality time and quality movies to internet audience outside karnataka who are not fortunate enough to get movies released at their places.
Once the number of screenings increases multiplexes will learn a lesson to give respect to Kannada films and film industry will also revive itself with good productions and standards.
