HR & Admin Project Administrator

 

Terms:                    Two Years Contract, Base in Beijing Office                                                       

Report to:                         Operation Director (dotline to HR Project Manager)

Attraction:            You will have opportunity to work in an English environment with HR professional from international background

 

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

n   External—Corporate HR/Training Managers & administrators, freelance trainers/HR consultants;

n   Internal – sales & marketing, in-house trainers/HR consultants

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

l   Recruitment & Employee Engagement Projects

n   Organize and conduct internal training (Sales/Product/Project Management Training, New Comer Orientation, etc.)

n   Help new comer to set up work station in Operation Team by using [engagement check list]

n   co-coordinating and carrying out welcome lunch for new comer in Operation Team

n   Work with HR Project Manager to plan, design and implement employee engagement and development program for retention

l   Training Projects

n   Manage EQ certification Project

n   Work with Project Trainer to clarify and manage client needs

n   Prepare venue, training material, prepare evaluation reports for training projects

n   Onsite Training Support

n   Translate training material when needed

l   Consulting Projects Administration

n   Responsible for all project paper

n   Assist in download and produce of ad- hoc assessment reports when required

n   Consolidate FAQ from different departments preparing for HR outsourcing

REQUIREMENTS:

l   Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience with an administrative focus

l   Strong interpersonal and communication skills

l   PC proficient in key packages such as Excel, Word and databases

l   Excellent attention to detail

l   Initiative

l   Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships with Line Managers

l   Must be reliable and have the ability to work unsupervised at times

l   Be a good team player

l   Good at helping maintain strong and productive team morale
