Experience : 5 Years (min) 
Location : Oman (Muscat) 
Duration : 12 - 24 Months (Minimum) 
No. of Position : 2 

Key skills: HTML authoring, CSS and Javascript (AJAX, DOM and HTML 5) 

Skills Required: 

Looking for someone with excellent .NET skills, working silverlight knowledge, Clear understanding of web standards (especially security and browser compatibility) and the ability to work individually (little dependency on others). 

For the last point, as an independent developer, expect him to be able to design his own database, have good problem-solving skills and maintain a clear project management and documentation procedures. 

He does NOT need to have any graphics design or multimedia skills, but he needs working-level skills in HTML authoring, CSS and Javascript (AJAX, DOM and HTML 5). 

Knowledge in SharePoint or other platforms or CMS is highly appreciated. Ability to handle IIS and MsSQL is a must. Communication skills in English are essential. 

In short, looking for a reliable developer who is able to deliver projects with minimum help from designers and administrators (SOLO guy).
