Senior Tibco Developer

Duration: 12 months

Location: Portland, OR

 

Business Events is a plus and nice to have. 

 

Qualifications

·         7+ years professional experience in IT software development

·         3+ years of hands on experience with integration technologies is a must.

·         SOA / Web Services development is a must

·         Tibco BW and BE is a must

·         XML Programming / XSLT is a must

·         Experience with cloud applications, SalesForce or NetSuite is a big plus

·         SQL is a must

·         Experience with Java services is a plus

·         Oracle PL/SQL is a plus

·         Well developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Well developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills

·         Knowledge of complex business principles and transportation management is a plus

·         Deep knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes

·         Well developed time management and prioritization skills

·         Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving

·         Ability to apply an understanding of in-depth functionality of multiple transportation-related systems

·         Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts

·         Ability to mentor and guide others in technical skills

·         Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
