Please find the attached the script of initial Alumni telephonic conversation. 

Soon each one of you will be assigned as "Relationship Manager" for certain Alumni.  Hence start practicing the script.

Caller:  Hello Sir/ Madam,

Wish you very Good Morning!! (As per the hour of the day).

Sir/ Ma’am, I am ___________ from Jamnalal Institute of Management, FY/SY.

I am calling you on behalf of the executive team of our college.

I will be your Relation Manager and will coordinate with you on behalf of JB.

                Sir/ Ma’am; I hope it’s a good time to talk to you. (If No, part N else Part Y)

N:

 I completely understand Sir/ Ma’am. Can you suggest a favorable time; I can call you back??

Ok. Noted down.

It was a pleasure talking to you. Thanks for your co-operation.

Before moving on, I would like to say it’s a privileged talking to you. We got your Records from our alumni Database.

How was your experience being a part of Jamnalal Bajaj? As a student we would like to learn from your experience and success. It feels Proud. May I know how your Journey was and the experience being a part of JB??

                Well, we, the Students of Jamnalal Bajaj along with our director Mrs. Kavita Lagate take a privilege to inform you regarding our 50^th Anniversary next year in April and would want all our alumni be associated in our new journey. We would want to know your idea, how you see alumni and JB relation get stronger.

Coming back to college after years will surely freshen up old memories. Also we intend to bring in alumni from the same batch. Let us know if you intend us to invite any of your batch mates if we have missed them out in our database due to some reasons.
