Dear Friends,
We feel Great to have a Team like Never before on quality & size. Thank you FY's for the Enthusiasm show!
Below are Quick Updates on what's Happening & Next course of Action!!
In Progress:
1) Hardik,Kavita & Mani From communication Team are doing a great job in Drafting & finalizing:
- Alumni Mailing Script
- Alumni Calling Script
It will be shared ASAP with you all once finalized.
2) SY's are sorting Alumni Data Industry wise for allocation to FY's of 5 Alumni per member as decided.
3) Muffu has already received Venue quotes from 2 Locations. We need support of FY's to get in more quotes.
Pls: FY's from Venue team kindly get in touch with Muffu(9833081221)/Jesslin(8692893174) ASAP.
NEXT COURSE OF ACTION:
1) SYNC Creative & Social Media & Database Team:
Poster for 'Rewind Coming Soon!' to be made. Once made, Social Media team to start generating Hype on Online Channels.
Database Team to help Social Media Team in Adding Alumni on FB,Twitter etc.
2) On receipt of Scripts all Members to practice & rehearse same & will have to give a DEMO once to SY's(Sameer/Jess/Muffu) before Approaching any Alumni.
