Respected Alumni,

                Over the last few years, there have been various research projects and studies carried out under the guidance of our renowned faculty, Respected Prof. L. Rebello. 

On account of ‘Golden Jubilee Celebration’, students of Masters of Financial Management (MFM) with immense pleasure take an opportunity to initiate “JBIMS Dialogues”.

An event which is conducted by students of JBIMS to interact with the corporate and conduct a research study for the corporate on different themes which impact organizational behaviour and success. 

“Act-Achieve-Ascend” is the theme for this first edition of “JBIMS Dialogues” which focuses on successful behaviours that drives organizations to achieve their goals and become successful. 

Outcome of research shall reflect 'Behavioural Success Index', which would form a credible gauge of successful behaviours in any organization. Our endeavour is to showcase a detailed analysis of the research study reflecting successful behaviours in the event “Act-Achieve-Ascend” under “JBIMS Dialogues”, which will be held on 30 January, 2015 in Mumbai University Convocation Hall (Churchgate).
