Reimbursement

Guru, Thank you for taking this up.

Pl ensure that the expense sheets, the items for reimbursement and the beneficiary parties are all properly listed and recorded.

Also seniors who were involved in financial arrangements like suyog, ritesh and punit are also involved in this exercise.

The funds were very graciously ploughed by the exe gp initially and later disbursed by the university which is a govt. body. I have a moral obligation towards the director to ensure the accuracy in these dealings.

I want money matters to be handled without any errors, duplications and ommissions.

Those who need to be reimbursed must not miss it and otherwise there should be no problem with the reconciliations on a later date.

Suyog, ritesh, punit pl acknowledge this mail.

With this matter put to an end successfully; we will move a step forward towards biz 3.

Guru have been taking care of BizOrion event from Finance side and have done excellent efforts from accounting to co-ordination with college & university for grant to timely reimbursements communications with team.

On this forum, I request everyone to kindly make it on time for reimbursements and help him close the process effectively. Please feel free to reach out to him (Gurunath +91-9820-167-168) by Friday evening to reconfirm your reimbursements, this will help him to carry sufficient funds for reimbursements and also speed up the process on Sat.
