Please find below mail sent by finance team.

Request all of you to keep the SPOC's of Alumni team updated for any expenses pertaining to Rewind, this would help in quick reimbursement of all expenses as well as avoid unnecessary disputes for any expenses which is not budgeted initially.

You may also cascade the mailer to anyone who is missed in this mail trail.

Revert incase of any concerns.

Hi everyone,

Please consider attached expense tracker for real time expense reimbursement for Rewind 2013. 

Please go through following guidelines for submission of the expenses -

• Event SPOC - Ronak Kabani is required to authorize all expenses raised
• Expenses reimbursements will be made to designated Team SPOCs and they are required to reimburse the amount to their team members
• Expenses reimbursements will be made either on Sat / Sun only post confirmation of respective team's SPOC of their availability
• Expenses are required to be submitted only in attached template
• Invoices are required to be submitted to Finance team only at the time of reimbursement of expenses

We plan to settle all reimbursements by 24 Feb '13 and this can only be achieved with our mutual co-ordination on weekly basis.

Hi team,

We are targeting settlement of accounts for Rewind 2013 on 23rd / 24th Feb '13. 

For successful closure activity

• I request everyone to submit their respective claims with SPOCs for consolidation and respective bills by 20th Feb '13 EOD
• SPOCs to share consolidated expense tracker file with Finance team by 22nd Feb '13 EOD
• Settlement of accounts on 23rd Feb '13 / 24th Feb '13 evening (For this request SPOCs to co-ordinate among each other for suitable time and communicate the same to me)
• Sarita will be approving all the vouchers on account of Rewind 2013 event

Hi team,

It seems like there is not much action towards set deadline. Hence, we are required to postpone the deadline to 2nd March '13.

Appended along are the details of the expenses incurred on fuel for transportation on the event day. 

The fuel expenses are calculated on the basis of 

• distance from Airoli to college one way is 40 kms 
• distance from college to venue one way is 12 kms
• Miscellaneous [6 kms]
• Toll 30 Rs one way
• Rate @ 10kms/l

I had refuelled the car long before rewind and i do not have the bills for the same. So wont be able to provide the bills for the same.
