Product Quality Coordinators
Our Client, a Saudi Government-owned Oil & Gas Exploration Company currently constructing, the world’s largest integrated chemical complex with American Chemical Giant. Plant includes 26 state-of-the-art manufacturing units, over 3 million tons of capacity per annum and an investment of about US$20 billion. Company will be a Fortune 500 company within the first year of full operation. Their Products are Polyurethane (Isocyanates and Polyols), Amines, Glycol Ethers, Isocyanates, Polyether Polyols, Polyethylene, Polyolefin Elastomers, and Propylene Glycol etc.
Responsibilities
Implement the PQ&A Strategy within plant/department level to achieve quality goals and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that plant operating discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements.
Provide technical direction and support to the plant workers/department for the implementation of the quality system as defined in Product Quality Strategy.
Implement and maintain the business site quality programs to align with the PQ&A Strategy at the plant level.
Serve as focal point for the quality requirements of the integrated management system at plant/department level.
Act as subject-matter expert in quality programs related to plant operations.
Implement and maintain compliance with local regulations related to quality (e.g. current Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP, ISO 9001).
Review and revise metrics used in monitoring plant quality performance and ensure that they are aligned with best business practices.
Lead plant problem-solving efforts and tools as determined through the corrective action management process, root-cause investigation process and customer feedback.
Train and provide guidance to plant personnel on the use of PQ&A supporting tools and processes to achieve plant goals.
Conducts audits of the site facilities, including plants, labs and warehouses and other facilities and functions as applicable.
Identify and lead improvement opportunities as determined through customer audits, six sigma projects, and other quality-related programs.
Ensure that all principles, procedures and practices strictly comply with EH&S guidelines, regulatory and permit requirements.
Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate should hold Chemical Engineering Degree.
- Should have at least 12- 15 years experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industries
- At least 5 years in product quality engineer or coordinator role.

Work days-5 Days a week and 40 hours a week.

Bonus-Joining bonus- 1 month base, Ramada bonus – 1 month base, annual bonus- 17% of base salary.
