Position : Lead Area Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) Experience : 15+ years Status : Single Rotation : 35/28 Company : ADGAS Job Location : Abu Dhabi Purpose: To direct coordinate and plan site mechanical maintenance work on the 3 train LNG Plant and Power station cost effectively in line with the Plant Maintenance Policy. Ensure all work is carried out in safe manner to company standards, codes and practices. Oversee a work force of 100 employees. Main Duties:  Oversee the activities of assigned personnel in the Mechanical section to execute planned and routine maintenance on plant equipment.  Use CMMS as a tool to plan work execute and update technical information for analysis and continuous improvement.  Troubleshoot plant problems, recommend engineering solutions. Provide technical reports to Management.  Raise Purchase and Vocabulary addition request for plant materials/spares.  Prepare component/equipment repair procedures.  Liaise with Vendors/Specialist agents to employ specialist services.  Mentor and develop UAE nationals.  Identify training needs for site workforce.  Prepare Operating/Capital budgets and exercise control within close limits.  Participate in HAZOPs, technical reviews, Risk Assessment, Safety Audits.  Use new technology advise to optimize resource utilization. Minimum Requirements:  Aged 40-45.  B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.  15 years experience in maintenance and application of Mechanical equipment associated with the oil refining or petro-chemical industry, minimum 10 of which should have been in a supervisory capacity. Experience of Technical Services will be an added advantage.  Good knowledge of spoken and written English with technical report writing skills.
