The Intergenerational Beit-Midrash is back! Larry Magarik is teaching five sessions on Darchei Tefilah. Expect hevruta and shuir focusing on the meaning (rather than mechanics) of prayer. There are four learning sessions remaining, and they will be held after Kiddush in the Chapel at 1:15 pm on Jan. 25, March 14, April 25, and May 9. The topic for study for the next one, on January 25th is "Prayer as Therapy: Rebbe Nachman of Bratslav on Tefilah"; all source materials will be available in both English and Hebrew. Serious learners of all ages are welcome! (Generally 10-years old and up has been most successful.)
