Windows 7 MUI (multi user interface pack) - ultimate and enterprise

I want to install the Dutch language pack (NL, Nederlands), but
Windows Update does not show the optional language packs.
This is either because I have to wait for a day (official response - I
do not want to wait), or because of the new crack I used (see:

Eng Dutch Nederlands ++ patching everything else (Windows XP, all SP's
+ Vista + Windows 7) ).
Anyway, if you still want to install the Dutch NL Language pack MUI,
you can download it directly from Microsoft Update!

After downloading the Windows 7 language packs, run the .EXE
executable file to extract the .CAB language pack (LP) cabinet file.
Then, follow the guide to install language pack in Windows 7, and
guide to change display language on Windows 7 user interface and
welcome screen.
Another remark, on Windows 7 Enterprise lp.cab will not work!
