would just like to say that i really enjoyed this lunchtimes meet up.

what i particularly liked was hearing about other peoples experiences
around our chosen topic area of strategic design, and how they handled
areas like the grand rewrites, turning of legacy systems, hero
programmers and the core domain.

for me that is one of the most valuable aspects of this meet up. after
choosing a topic of discussion and reading/watching the material,
actually speaking to people about their real world experiences around
it. this really helps me understand more deeply the subject matter,
and through the conversations helps me crystallise my understanding
and formulate my own opinions.
