Hi to all the speakers!

Thank you for speaking at this event! We are hoping you could send us
your pictures plus your bio, so we can upload this on the event page.
This will make it look nicer and also this is nice, for when we upload
the podcasts, that people watching can learn a bit about your
backgrounds?

BTW: Microsoftn (thanks to Matt Deacon) have been so kind to announce
the session in their newsletter, which will go out to 45,000
developers on coming Wednesday, so this hopefully creates lots of
interest!

Mike Hadlow is a freelance programmer based in Brighton, specialising in enterprise application development with Microsoft tools. Mike has spent the last ten years building software for a wide range of clients including NTL, BT, The Home Office, The Civil Aviation Authority, ACE Insurance and Lloyds Bank. He writes a programming blog (http://mikehadlow.blogspot.com) and is the author of several open source projects including WsdlWorks, a web service test tool and Suteki Shop, an MVC Framework based eCommerce application.

Hi Wendy,

That's a good summary, but maybe a bit scary for people who don't know really know what an IoC container is. How about this instead:

Castle Windsor: An open source IoC container

Mike will introduce the inversion of control design pattern, explain how it can enhance your application architecture and enable unit testing. He will also introduce the Windsor IoC container and demonstrate how it can automatically resolve your component dependencies and provide a lightweight framework for building component based software.
