Have any of you looked into the Lively Kernel [1]? I have followed it for awhile, and I'm finally starting to really get into it. Anyone interested in helping with a port to node and git from apache and svn?

And speaking of stfu and code, in the Lively Kernel, you edit directly within your running app.

Lively Kernel has a very "research project" feel to it for me. Its cool tech and educational but it doesn't feel useful in a practical sense. Happy to be proven wrong on this of course!

It certainly does. There's a lot of work going on right now that appears to be trying to take it to a more practical level.
