Yeah, it was a good conference.

There were lots of topics, but is seemed like one of the big ones was continuous delivery.  That is the ability to roll out every code change straight to production.  Cool stuff.

I'm reading a great book right now on that very topic. I highly recommend it. It's called Continuous Delivery by David Farley and Jez Humble. I'm campaigning to move our team to that model.
