Hi,

I'm looking for .net related technologies/Products that helps in defining and executing work flows.
naturally Microsoft WF is one. any others that you have used and find useful?

It doesn't have to be free, it doesn't have to be open source and actually it doesn't have to be .NET at all(although if its involved coding it would be better if its in .NET)

I've worked in a place where their flagship product is workflow related.
But it is oriented toward small to mid sized organizations.
It is a product that is very much "human oriented", meaning it is designed to be very accessible for non technical members (but it also has an api and it can extended and integrated with existing systems.

You can check it out a www.pnmsoft.com
The product is Sequence.

Probably not what you're looking for but SAP has a tool called "Visual Composer". It's a workflow based engine on top of SAP's NetWeaver  http://scn.sap.com/community/netweaver-visual-composer
