Would providers be willing to pay people for publicity?
This might be more related to the strong suit of USENET technology
groups rather than social groups. Then again social media is big now.
Given the right developed value metrics they might add to the business
model of provider.
Might even lead to broader technology support and expansion of USENET.

Lack of answering enough questions loses the paid account. How they are
counted and how many deserve what pay, I don't know.
