Hello Rajendra

Thanks for your email

Our district office had convened a meeting. In this matter

I would like to know one thing

When new organisations were issued Institutional License in 1985 to 1995 there was a clause ' The license is granted by the State on "non grant in aid" basis

We were issued a license on this condition

Due to this condition we have been unablle to avail of any schemes from Centre and the State

Does it mean organisations like Bal Asha Trust do NOT qualify for assistance under ICPS?

Please let us know. We will be obliged.

Thanks
