is it possible to created scribed scrolls of shard
storm?
I know you cannot create scrolls of
sanctuary.

no on scribing shards or shard storm. There are no spell comps with a
crystal affinity.
yes you can scribe sanctuary. But it takes a lot of mana to do. Think it's
some where around the 900 mana range.
