search switches for restistance items

Hi,

 

Asked on gossip and got mixed replies.

 

how do I search for items  in donation rooms, containers, lockers, with the following desired results?

 

I am looking for items with either magecast or druidcast (which I know is

)+magecast or

+druidcast

 

and also saving throws, (example, fire) of at least 10%

 

I have been told different things and when I do the searches, I still come up with items with negative save pentalties (meaning, the item has a minus 10 percent for fire save

 

 I am only looking for items with positive bonuses for fire, zap, poison, cold, etc
