Don't know how many people actually follow this list anymore besides me and Richard, but wondering if anyone knows where any of these petition crusader trainers are:

I know that Emric is in my old chaos area, west of old thalos, but I'm not sure about the rest of these.  Emric is pretty easy to get to if you're familiar with the area - if you're lucky, you need not even hit any aggro mobs.
