harm spells and weapons with extra damage towards mobs

When casting the harm spell while wielding a weapon with extra damage values towards certain mobs (like the consecrated mace on the haunted highway west of nephtali) that does extra damage to undead, or the   sword drowblight in the svirfnebli straonghold south of DT that does extra damage to drow)

does that extra damage get transfered or done to mobs of that type w when casting the harm spell?

Nope.  The two damage types are completely independent of each other.
